Amy Lee volta após cerca de 5 anos sem lançar discos
Vazou hoje na web o single de reestréia do Evanescence. Chamada 'What You Want', a faixa integra o disco auto-intitulado e marca o retorno de Amy Lee e banda após um hiato de mais de cinco anos sem lançar novas músicas.
'What You Want' seria lançada na amanhã, terça-feira, mas vazou na web um dia antes.
Já o álbum 'Evanescence', do qual a música faz parte, tem previsão de lançamento para o dia 11 de outubro desse ano pela gravadora Wind-up Records. A produção do CD, o terceiro da banda, ficou por conta de Nick Raskulinecz (Rush, Foo Fighters) e a formação atual conta com Amy Lee (vocal), Terry Balsamo e Troy Mclawhorn (guitarras), Tim McCord (baixo) e Will Hunt (bateria).
Hoje o grupo vai tocar “What You Want” ao vivo, pela primeira vez, no programa “MTV First: Evanescence”. A música vai ser tocada às 23h54, no horário de Brasília, com transmissão ao vivo no site da
MTV americana . Logo após a performance, a banda será entrevistada ao vivo no programa.
